Hierarchy

Same inventory as English credit_FIN, the Polish twin, and the Hungarian twin. Not five-place. Not four sisters of one V. Surface count can name the board, 0,3, ETH, the account, and a Q3 threshold — but Amount and Denomination share one MeasureP, Account is one Recipient / Domain-of-increment, and Reason is high / outer. всяка quantifies that one Account. It is not an extra argument.

0,3 ETH = one MeasureP. Orthography is not extra arity (Bulgarian decimal comma, the same string already on the ATT and blame pages). Amount and Denomination are both inner arguments of that object. Composition is V(MeasureP), not V(n)(U). Hom(e, ⟨n,U⟩): the increment is measured by degree n on scale U. Because there is no nominal case, the decimal, the noun, and the counted QP look the same in the affirmative and under не. That stability is the Bulgarian fact. It is not a hidden genitive.

Working hierarchy: Allocator > MeasureP ⟨Amount, Denomination⟩ > Recipient / Account > Reason. Case ranking on записа is Allocator (subject; article -ът / -ят when the noun is bare) > MeasureP (direct object) > Account (по+Account). Weather still fails Allocator. Payout is still not entailed. HAS_ON_BOOKS ≠ payout.

Bulgarian frames · Case clothes

One lemma, not three roots. The queue prints the aorist записа. Perfective запиша and imperfective записвам are the aspect pair of that root. The MeasureP is the direct object. The Account is under по. That is the string already printed on attribute-att-bg.html, and the negative question already printed on that page and on blame-bg.html. There is no particle to strand and no second structural object. Do not conflate по+Account with ATT’s на-Target on приписвам, and do not conflate the direct-object MeasureP with blame’s direct-object Target. Polish genitive of negation rewrites a measuring QP on credit-fin-pl.html. Bulgarian has no nominal genitive for не to write. The object of тази сума and of три токена is the same phrase under negation.

MeasureP WH / LBC

Unlike attribute_ATT and blame, credit_FIN has a verbal MeasureP. Amount and Denomination compose one measure object. Whole-QP pied-piping is free under Neg. Amount-only is free when the unit is bound. Left-branch extraction of Amount leaving the unit next to the verb is still out — same LBC record as deduct / sell / charge_FEE and the live credit_FIN twins. по pied-pipes with the Account. It does not split the MeasureP, and it does not strand. There is no Hungarian preverbal Focus slot, so WH fronting is not a second host competing with a particle. There is no Polish genitive for a negated WH to land in.

Superiority ranks Allocator > MeasureP > по-Account > outer Reason. Amount and Denomination never compete as two verbal WH-items. Cheap NegQ association tracks the MeasureP. Challenging the Account wants that book already in the associate, under по, with ли on that phrase when the focus is the book. Multiple WH fronting stays an open Group C flag. It is not an elicited superiority paradigm, and it is not Hungarian Focus uniqueness.

In Съветът записа 0,3 ETH по сметката, the board writes 0,3 ETH onto the account’s book. That is ledger INCREMENT, not ascription and not HAVE of goods. The account is Account. 0,3 ETH is MeasureP. HAS_ON_BOOKS holds after the event; spendability / payout is not entailed.

• ≠ attribute_ATT / приписвам. ATT is content-ascribe: direct-object Charge + DAT/на Target (приписа ранното завършване на изпълнителя), polarity open, light-noun приписване when a noun is used. ATT has no MeasureP and no Account. Live twin: attribute-att-bg.html.

записа licenses one structural object: the MeasureP. Under не that same object stays the direct object. The Account wears по. There is no frame in which MeasureP and Account are both bare objects.
